Amy’s work in building TCU’s social media presence led to TCU’s No. 3 national ranking for Overall Higher Education Institution engagement among Division I universities. And by mentoring students, she nurtures creativity, leadership, and lasting connections, embodying TCU’s commitment to ethical leadership. Her dedication to service is reflected not just in her personal excellence but also in the deeply personal connections she fosters.

The Michael R. Ferrari Award for Excellence in University Service and Leadership was established by the TCU Board of Trustees to honor Dr. Michael R. Ferrari for his leadership as TCU’s 9th chancellor. Chancellor Ferrari led TCU from July 1998 through May 2003. He held the faculty rank as Professor of Management at TCU and was cited for his efforts to involve the Fort Worth community in the life of the University through The Commission on the Future of TCU. This annual award recognizes excellence in university service and leadership by a faculty or staff member at any level or in any administrative or academic unit of the TCU.
